My connection to construction began in childhood, sparked by helping my dad with hands-on projects around the house—a love that grew into building tree forts and a home for my first dog. That early enthusiasm led me to spend several years as a residential framer before starting a dedicated nine-year career as a police officer.
Upon returning to the building industry, I spent three years as a Project Manager for a custom home builder, refining my expertise in high-end construction management. I founded Jander Builders this year, leveraging this refined skill set and guided by the belief that every project deserves quality craftsmanship delivered with honesty and integrity.
